How do I get started with a project?

Send a brief overview — what you need, your goals and timeline. We'll book a discovery call, then send a formal proposal with pricing and next steps.

Do you require a deposit before starting work?

Yes — 50% up front, 50% on completion. Bank transfer, card and mobile money are accepted.

How long does a typical project take?

A brand identity package takes about 2–3 weeks; a full website design and build about 4–8 weeks.

How many revision rounds are included?

Two rounds within the agreed scope. Extra rounds are billed hourly.

Who owns the final files and designs?

You do, once final payment is received. We may show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
